how much milk should a 20 month old toddler be having?
how much milk should my daughter be having a day?
I find it difficult in getting her to drink milk, she doesn’t have a bottle any more, and would only drink out of the “Sports Bottle” kind of drinks, like fruit shoots….
She has milk in her cereal every morning(about 3oz), and loves cheese….
She also doesn’t like having milk before bed any more….
Do you think this is enough milk? how can i get her to have more milk?
she’s have prahaps 3 of the kids yoguts a day (the small 1s)
to be perfectly honest with you, when i was a baby (about 20 months) i drank a lot of milk and was constantly congested, i also had an ear infection which doctors could not fix. they put tubes in my ears and did all sorts of things. i was constantly sick.
then..my parents stopped feeding me milk and started putting freshly juiced carrot juice in my bottle. within a week i was completely healed and have been healthy ever since.
this could have just been for ME only….but as far as my personal experience, milk isnt suggested.
BUT…if u must feed your child milk, i suggest you go with your baby’s weight in lbs…divided by 2. and thats how many ounces.
so 20 lb baby drinks 10 oz of milk per day.
